Potemkin is getting too good at knowing Ky's habits. It's just as he assumed; Ky is seated in a rather dim area, relying on a lamp in the far corner for light. It's not the brightest, but it's enough to make out the words on his newspaper. He won't complain.
He will tilt his head and squint a little at the words, though.
Ky isn't blind by any means, but when he's tired enough or if it's late enough, he does know his vision tends to falter a bit. Not that he's going to get back up to grab his glasses. He'd rather not make unnecessary noise.
