Potemkin silently thanks his luck that Ky apparently paid no attention to his little moment. Though his comforting words (and that squeeze) leave him with lingering thoughts. What he really wants is to walk up to Ky and embrace him, in thanks for all his understanding and repeated kindness.

"I can't thank you enough for everything. But I have nothing specific in mind. Time will be the best practice." A beat. "Except for maybe, if you can buy some shirts the next time you pass through downtown."
