Ky gives a little sigh in relief, although he still looks rather downcast. At least Potemkin doesn't have to worry about that sort of problem.

"If they are displaced like the rest of us, then perhaps they will also be sympathetic to our financial circumstances as well." But that's Ky's characteristic, wide-eyed optimism speaking again. Many peers and world leaders have scolded him for it, but he can't let it go. Not even different worlds can change that. He always hopes for the best.
