The thought that Potemkin took the time to pick a bouquet rather than purchase one strikes Ky as a... classically romantic move. Not to mention the words that followed the gifting. He wouldn't have pinned Potemkin as the sort.
Then again, he's quickly figuring out there is more to Potemkin for him to learn about.
